MARLINHOUSE PARTNERS WEBSITE
Dear friends, partners, and colleagues
Our MarlinHouse Partners’ website is currently being finalised and this should be up and running shortly.
Whilst we are concluding fundamental business partner relationships and finalising product details current confidentiality undertakings do mean that we are unable to disclose at this point in time the actual details of our innovative programme.
Until such time as our product is launched, what we can share with you is the following summary information:
The programme in general
The ‘RDIP’ initiative itself, subject to location-specific real estate market dynamics, is aimed at and is suitable for the commercial real estate market, as well as potentially the residential real estate market in most locations internationally. However, as the executive management team (see below) is primarily based in Hong Kong and New York, we will be first rolling out a pilot commercial real estate programme in these two locations.
The proprietary (MarlinHouse-Global Insurer co-branded) initiative will be introduced to market via an extensive multiple-channel distribution network (the ‘RDIP Network’) in conjunction with key major landlords in each location.
The product (and indeed the overall business model) is highly revenue and cash generative, and the renewable nature of the business provides consistent, stable revenue streams effectively in perpetuity to our business partners and to members of the RDIP Network.
We have a comprehensive business and operational strategy in place and the senior professionals to execute this immediately through a large international, multiple-channel distribution network to access both corporate landlords and tenants to ensure maximum effective penetration of the RDIP in each selected location.
This programme will provide significant cross-selling opportunities for other insurance products into this multiple-channel distribution network and, as far as we are aware, there is no other comparable initiative and/or product on the market that addresses this opportunity, and provides such a convincing proactive cross-selling opportunity.
The MarlinHouse executive team strongly believes that this product will change certain real estate practices in most established markets – the benefits and rewards to all parties in the real estate market, and for our key insurance, business, and distribution partners in Asia, the US, and UK, and potentially elsewhere internationally, are considered to be very significant.
We welcome enquiries from potential business partners, including distribution partners.
